Refund & Return Policy

At M-technova, we strive for excellence in every project. Since we provide non-tangible, irrevocable digital services, we do not offer typical "returns." Please read our policy carefully:

1. Nature of Services

Because our services involve manual labor, creative design, and technical expertise, once the work has started or has been delivered, it cannot be "returned."

2. Refund Eligibility

Full Refund: If you cancel your order within 24 hours of payment and we have not started any work.

Partial Refund: If the project is in progress but not completed, a refund may be issued minus the cost of the hours/work already invested.

No Refund: Once the final files are delivered, the Shopify store is handed over, or the marketing campaign has gone live, no refunds will be issued.

3. Revisions

Instead of a refund, we offer revisions to ensure you are 100% satisfied with the result. Each service package has a specific number of revisions mentioned in the project agreement.

4. Third-Party Costs

Please note that we cannot refund any payments made to third parties, such as Shopify subscription fees, Domain registrations, or Meta/Google ad spend.
