Shipping policy

Welcome to Nexora Digital Suite. Since we specialize in digital services (Shopify Development, Marketing, SEO, and Branding), we do not ship physical goods. Please read our delivery process for digital services below:

1. Global Digital Delivery

We provide our services worldwide. As our products are digital, there are no shipping costs, customs duties, or physical delivery addresses required. All project deliverables are sent via email or shared through secure digital platforms (Google Drive, Slack, or Trello).

2. Delivery Timeline

Once your order is confirmed and the initial requirements are provided, the delivery timeline depends on the service selected:

Consultations: Within 24–48 hours.

Standard Services: 5 to 10 business days.

Custom Projects: As per the timeline agreed upon in the project proposal.

3. How You Receive Your Project

Upon completion, Muhammad Azeem Nazim or the Nexora team will send a final delivery confirmation to your registered email (Azeemsulehri723@gmail.com). This will include all access links, design files, or report documents.

4. Service Confirmation

A service is considered "delivered" once the final files are sent or the agreed-upon tasks are completed on your Shopify store/ad accounts.
