Terms of Service

Welcome to M-Technova. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all clients worldwide.

1. Service Agreement

Nexora Digital Suite, owned by Najma Razzaq, provides digital services including Shopify development, marketing, and SEO. A formal agreement starts once the client makes the initial payment and provides project requirements.

2. Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely delivery, clients must provide necessary access (Shopify staff access, Meta Ad Manager access, etc.) and information. Delay in providing requirements may result in project delays.

3. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through our website or agreed-upon platforms (e.g., Payoneer).

For custom projects, a 50% upfront deposit may be required before work begins.

All service prices are listed in USD/PKR unless otherwise stated.

4. Intellectual Property

Once full payment is made, the final designs and store configurations become the property of the client. Nexora Digital Suite reserves the right to showcase the completed work in our portfolio for promotional purposes unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is signed.

5. Limitation of Liability

M-TechNova is not responsible for any loss of revenue or data caused by third-party platform changes (e.g., Shopify updates, Facebook algorithm changes, or Google updates) after the project has been delivered.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the project if the other party breaches the terms. In case of termination, the client will be billed for the work completed up to that date.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Lahore, Pakistan, where M-TechNova is headquartered.
